The mission of the Prestonwood Foundation is to impact our community by helping families and individuals through challenges and difficult times. Through the generous gifts of our members and friends, the Foundation helps the greatest resources in our community-friends, neighbors and others in need.
The Prestonwood Foundation helps provide essential human services in many areas, including education counseling, sports and fitness, crisis pregnancy, family, food and finances. We strive to make a difference by helping to meet the needs of our diverse community. We are making a difference in the lives of people, which in return makes our communities stronger. There is no question that improving the lives of individuals can create a cohesive community in what is today, a very fragmented society.
Because the needs are great and varied, Prestonwood Foundation has developed the following specific target areas to allow the ministry to effectively use donated resources:
- Health and Human Services
- Inner-City Support
- Sports and Fitness
- Education
- Hope and Encouragement
- Global Missions
